How to reach us.

We are a small team. Email is the way to get a real human, scoped to the right inbox. We do not run a chatbot, and we are not staffing a sales call schedule yet, so written correspondence is the fastest path.

Anything that does not fit the other channels: partnerships, integrations, press, podcast invites, feedback on the API or docs.

Response time: Usually within 2 business days.

Sales

Pricing for Scale or Enterprise, custom quotas, volume discounts, procurement paperwork, vendor onboarding, security questionnaires. We respond by email rather than scheduled calls while we are early.

Response time: 1 business day.

Support

support@hashproof.ai

API errors, authentication issues, billing questions, account access, dashboard bugs. Include your account email, the request ID from the response header, and the timestamp so we can find the trace.

Response time: Free / Growth: 2 business days. Scale: 1 business day. Enterprise: per SLA.

Security

security@hashproof.ai

Vulnerability reports, suspected unauthorized access on your account, key compromise, abuse reports. Encrypted submissions are accepted (PGP key on the Security page).

Response time: Acknowledged within 2 business days. Status updates every 5 business days until resolution.

Privacy

privacy@hashproof.ai

Data subject requests (access, deletion, rectification, portability), DPA execution, sub-processor questions, GDPR / CCPA / CPRA inquiries.

Response time: Acknowledged within 5 business days, fulfilled within 30 calendar days.

Other channels

  • GitHub: Bug reports for the SDKs, CLI, and Chrome extension live at github.com/lexwhiting/hashproof. Use issues for reproducible bugs; use the support email for anything account-specific.
  • Status page: status.hashproof.ai shows live API availability. If the API is degraded, you will see it there before we can answer email.
  • Mailing address: Available on request to engineering@hashproof.ai. We do not publish a postal address publicly while we are a small team.
